4. Appointment requests are not confirmations

Requests submitted through this site are requests only. They do not create a reservation and are not a confirmation, as our facility may be full. A booking exists only once we confirm it directly with you.

Reservations may be handled through a third-party booking portal. When you follow a booking link you leave this site, and that provider's terms apply to your use of it.

5. Eligibility and facility requirements

Acceptance of any dog is at our discretion and depends on temperament, health, and current immunization records. Descriptions of our services, amenities, and pricing on this site are for general information and may change without notice.

6. Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your dog's health and behavior details. Incomplete or inaccurate information can affect our ability to care for your dog safely.

By uploading a photo, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us permission to use it for the purpose of evaluating and preparing for your dog's stay. We will ask for separate permission before using any photo publicly.

7. Intellectual property

The site's content — including text, photographs, video, layout, logos, and the KOVA Sonoma name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or distribution requires our written permission.

This site links to and embeds third-party services, including maps, our booking portal, and social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
