What Is DayPlay at KOVA Sonoma?

Boutique social play —
small groups, big fun

DayPlay at KOVA Sonoma is a boutique social experience. We keep play groups intentionally small (2–5 dogs) because we need to see who is drinking, pooping, playing, and who they choose as friends. Throughout the day, small groups are rotated across different yards — so your pet meets new friends while keeping old ones nearby.

Our hands‑on approach means your dog feels safe and understood: they can be held, enjoy a pool party, chase tennis balls from the machine, or play chase. Rolling on K9 grass or real grass after a swim? Always makes us laugh.

Rules & Important Notes

A few guidelines — for the best stay

  • Check-in / out: After 7am check-in, pick up by 11am (or add day play). All drop-offs by 4pm.

  • Bedding: We provide clean, comfy bedding — please avoid bringing items from home.

  • Food: Keep your pup on their diet. Pre-measure & bag each meal (no fee). Otherwise, $2 fee.

  • Wet/raw food: $1.50 extra — refrigerated, prepared in a separate kitchen.

  • Medication / vitamins / supplements: $3.00 — provide strict doses for our staff.

  • Extras at no charge: All play time, TLC, and pool access all day long.

  • Special needs: Email the office in advance.
